Paneer Burji- Radhu's recipe

 Paneer  Bhurji 

Ingredients:- 

2 tomatoes,  1 capsicum,  200 gms paneer,  1 green  chillies,  1 inch ginger thinly sliced,  2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp turmeric powder,  1 tsp  mirchi powder,  1/2 tsp  garam masala powder,  1 onion finely  chopped  optional, 1 tsp jeera , 1 tsp kasturi menthi,  salt to taste 

Method:- 

Cut ginger to  thin lengthwise,  green chilli thin sliced, tomatoes and capsicum.  Grate paneer and keep it a aside. In a kadai,  take oil add jeera when it splutters add green chillies and ginger.  Saute for 2 minutes.  Add turmeric powder,  mirchi powder,  garam masala powder,. Saute  for  2 to  3 minutes,  add tomatoes and capsicum.  Add salt  and saute until cooked and oil leaves the side. Add grated paneer mix well and serve hot with rice or chappati
