Milagu Vadai

 


1 cup urad dhal, 1/2 cup vegan protein powder ( optional), and 1 tsp rice flour. Salt and crushed pepper. 


Soak and drain urad dhal and refrigerate for a few hours. 

Gring coarsely, add salt crushed pepper,  rice flour.(and  protein powder if using) and mix well. 

Flatten small balls on oiled Ziploc bag and fry in medium flame
