Ginger rasam-Radhu's recipe


Ginger rasam

1. Take good size ginger

2. Remove upper skin

3. Grate it into small quantity of water

4. Boil this in low flame

5. Other ingredients

Red chilli 2

Small quantity moogdal

Pepper 3-4

Vendayam very very small

Hing

Karuvepely

  Session it dry

  Grind it in mixie

Put this into the boiling water

Small quantity puli. and tomato

Make juice out of this 

Power this juice to the boiling water

Small spoon rasam powder and turmeric powder

Add salt

Wait for some time

You got your rasam

Taste

Serve it

Let me know

If you add lemon it goes well
