Frozen mango custard

 


Ingredients

1 cup pureed mango pulp (fresh or canned)

1 cup thick yoghurt

1 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup milk

3 tbsp corn starch/ brown and polson custurd powder

A few saffron strands

A pinch of cardamom


Instructions

Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy

Pour in small greased cups (or place baking cups in the stainless steel or any heat safe cups)

Top with nuts of your choice

Cover each cup with aluminum foil

Place a trivet in a large container with boiling water. 

Place a plate on the trivet. 

Place the covered cups on the plate

Cover and steam for 15 mins.

Freeze for 4 hours.

Serve
