Broccoli potato sabji-Radhu's recipe

 Ingredients:- 1 small  broccoli,  2 potatoes,  1tsp cumin powder,  1 tsp coriander powder,  1/2 tsp  turmeric powder,   1/2 tsp mirchi powder, 1/2 tsp garam  masala,  hung a pinch,  1 green chilli  chopped,  1 inch  ginger chopped,  1 tsp white  til, oil and salt to taste. 

Method:-  Take a kadai with  water , add salt.  Bring it to a boil. Add broccoli  pieces and boil  it for  2- 3 minutes.  Remove from water and sprinkle cold water and keep it aside.  Cut potatoes into cubes and keep it in  water. Chop green chillies and ginger.  Dry roast  white til till aromatic and keep aside. Take oil in a kadai add jeera,  Hing  , green chilli,  ginger,  when it splutters add potatoes and cook  till half cooked. Add coriander powder,  jeera  powder,  haldi powder,  mirchi powder and salt.  Cook for  some more time,  then add the  broccoli and  mix well.  When  cooked add  roasted  til and a spoon of lemon juice.  Serve hot with rice or chappati.
