Chakli-moong flour

Ingredients
Rice Flour       1 cup
Moong Flour   4 tsp
Besan                1 tsp
cumin                1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds   1 tsp
Chilli Powder    1 tsp
Salt                     to taste
Margarine          1 tbsp

Mix all these together first and then add water about a half cup.Soflty knead the dough to make it smooth.Fill it in the murukku achchu and press small murukkus into a towel.

Heat oil on medium high and fry the murukkus until golden brown.( a good indicator of when it is done is when all the noise around the murukku subsides)
